응우옌 흥(Nguyen Hung) 1955년 생으로 응에안(Nghe An)성 출신이다.
그는 러시아에서 수자원개발 박사학위를 취득하였다. 베트남 문인협회 회원이자 호찌민시 문인협회 이사이며 호찌민시 문인협회 웹사이트의 영구회원이다.
6권의 시집 “The Wakeful Sail”, “Waves not from the Sea”, “Flying Towards the Storm”, “Footprints of Luc Bat”, “100 Puzzles of Writers”, “108 Verses of Poetry” 등을 출간하였다. 100편 이상의 시들이 노래로 작곡되어 중앙 및 지방 방송국에서 방송되고 있다.
